1.The client provides the copy of  the Sales Contract and describes the demand.  The client supplies pictures as a proof.

2.The Quality checking department takes the demand in charge and decides if it is taken in charge or not in less than 48 hours

3.Regarding the demand, a compensation might be accorded and an agreement signed.

4.The after sales service performs the duties as mentionned in the agreement.

---------------------Normally it's 100pcs each color each style. It is depending on the specific products you are inquiring.

3. What is the price of a sample production?
----------------------Generally our sample will be charged. but we will refund When you order, 
. It is refundable once place an order. And the shipping cost would be paid by the buyer, sample will be delivered by express, such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc. 

4. What is the time of a sample production?
----------------------1~3 days if you accept our own sample. 5~7 days if you require us to make new sample with your own logo design.

5.What is the time of bulk production ?
------------------------15- 45 working days for bulk production after received your confirmed order and deposit.

6. What is the time of packaging?
---------------------7-10 days after the customer confirm the design of package. Film of printing would be charged as per the customer’s design and colors.

7. What is the weight of each package?
----------------- It depends on different package.
